The Norwex Hand Cream was revised and enhanced with a name change.  The Timeless Hand cream changes-removed Spent Grain Wax (helped to maintain the balance of the skin and used to help with very dry and itchy skin); added apricot kernel oil (incredible skin softening properties especially for sensitive or dry skin); added gluconolactone (naturally and gently gets rid of older skin layers. (Whew! - that's a mouthful!)
